28 March 2010 Dear LNW: I find that hard to believe or is he admitting that prior to 1939, because there were no Barrages, that sea water saved the day? During the drought of 1915, salt water ( not sea water according DEH ) reached Mannum. Was this another year that sea water entering the Murray Mouth saved the Lower Lakes from going below sea level?
